On the day of Diwali, while the rest of the nation prefers to eat a strict vegetarian food, Bengalis, on this day of Kali Puja, eats a special kind of sacred mutton curry, called Niramish Pathar Jhol or Niramish Mangsho: the vegetarian mutton.
