Sal Mora Chana'r Barfi is a cuisine from Purulia. It’s a very old recipe of Panchkot area where there was a fort covered by Sal trees. It is one of those recipes where the Sal leaves were used to wrap the chana. This wrapping gives a beautiful aroma.
