A series of bomb blasts by the ISI leaves everyone in terror. Mistaken to be an ISI agent, the police imprison an innocent bank employee, Anand, while the real mastermind, Basha, roams free. Stuck in prison, Anand tries to find a way to the truth, while on the outside his wife, Usha, tries to use the influence of the CBI to bring the real culprits to justice. Will they be successful?
